Special orders on gowns may take 4-6 months but several of our manufactures often carry hanging stock that can be immediately shipped. We recommend ordering your gown well in advance, 8 months or more ahead of your wear date, as delays may occur. *Delivery is guaranteed as our office staff continuously is on a follow up system with your order.

If you wish to bring guests, we recommend bringing people that you trust such as a mother, sister, or best friend. We allow up to 4 guests per appointment, masks are optional.

Our private appointments are an hour and a half long and will be with an experienced bridal stylist.

Most manufactures cut gowns from size 0–30, we carry sample sizes 8-28 in our salon.

Alessandra Bridal’s alteration department is very advanced in the ability to sculpt your bridal gown to your body shape. Your first alteration appointment for bridal gowns will be scheduled 2 months prior to your wedding date and for bridesmaids/mothers/special occasion, 4-6 weeks prior to your wear date is what we recommend.

We require a minimum deposit of 60% down to special order your gown. Layaway is available for dresses purchased off the floor.
